We are looking for an experienced and passionate Coding Trainer / DSA Mentor to train students in C, C++, Java, Python, Data Structures & Algorithms, Coding Tests, and Technical Interviews.

What the role involves
Conduct 3 days of training per week
1 Offline + 2 Online sessions every week
4–5 hours of engagement per day
Train students in programming fundamentals, DSA and problem-solving
Prepare students for coding assessments, placement tests and technical interviews
Conduct coding challenges, mock tests and technical interview sessions
Mentor students on 1 practical coding project every month
Track student progress and provide feedback
Design practical, placement-oriented coding problems and learning interventions

We are looking for someone who
Has solid command over C, C++, Java and Python
Has excellent knowledge of DSA and problem-solving
Can simplify complex technical concepts for students




Has experience in coding training, software development, competitive programming or technical mentoring
Understands the requirements of campus placements and entry-level technical interviews
Is comfortable conducting both online and offline sessions
Can mentor students through projects and interview preparation
