We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join ourFinance & Accounts team.The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-onaccounting experience, with strong knowledge of Tally, bookkeeping, accountfinalization, GST, and TDS. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in handling day-to-day accounting activities and wants to build their career in Finance & Accounts.Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases,receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation offinancial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices,vendor/customer ledgers, and follow-ups.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolvediscrepancies.
- Assist with account finalization and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Maintain and prepare GST and TDS records and support timely statutorycompliance.
- Coordinate with the CA/Finance team for GST, TDS, and other accountingrelated requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS reports, financial statements, and accounting reports asrequired.




- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, receipts, and other financialdocuments.
- Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, where required.Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a Junior Accountant / Accountant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in account finalization.
- Positive knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, AP/AR, andjournal entries.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, andaccount finalization will be preferred.
