The Special Educator will design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and learning activities for children with ASD, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs and abilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, tracking progress, and collaborating with therapists, caregivers, and internal teams to integrate CognitiveBotics’ eLearning tools into daily instruction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings to refine intervention strategies. The Special Educator will contribute to content development feedback,



ensuring that AI-driven learning modules are pedagogically sound and inclusive.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess children with neurodevelopmental conditions (ASD, ADHD, ID, learning disabilities) and build Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) that use the platform's modulesRun and oversee intervention sessions at partner centres, schools and homes, making sure delivery stays consistent and on protocolOnboard and train partners, therapists, special educators and parents to use the platform wellTrack child progress data and prepare outcome reports for families, partners and internal teamsGive structured feedback to the product and content teams on module design, usability and effectivenessRepresent CognitiveBotics at demos, workshops, parent sessions and awareness eventsMaintain documentation and ethical and safeguarding standards in every engagementRequirementsB.Ed / D.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education, or equivalent, with valid RCI registration2–5 years of hands-on work with children with ASD or other developmental disabilitiesWorking knowledge of evidence-based approaches such as ABA principles, structured teaching and developmental interventionsComfortable with digital tools; experience with tech-enabled or tele-therapy is a plusStrong communication in English and Hindi; a regional language is an advantageWilling to travel extensively across India, roughly 50–60% of the time.
