Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day AAC block manufacturing operations. The role will focus on achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, improving plant efficiency, managing manpower and resources, and ensuring a safe working workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
- Lead production supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor quality parameters and ensure products meet defined specifications.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity.
- Optimize manpower, raw materials, machinery,



and production resources.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Mechanical, Electrical, Dispatch, QA, and other teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and analyse production reports, KPIs, and performance data.
- Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Experience handling multiple raw materials is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.
