We are looking for highly experienced Senior Firco Support Specialist with deep expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, FSK, Firco Prediction Integrator (PI), and Firco Case Manager (CM API).
The role focuses on production support, incident management, API integrations, automation, data validation, and system stability within a high-volume banking sanctions screening environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support
- Provide advanced production support for Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and FSK.
- Monitor real-time screening queues, batch screening, and alert generation.
- Handle high-priority incidents including screening outages, watchlist update failures, API response failures, and decision-text anomalies.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure SLA adherence and regulatory compliance.
Integration & Testing
- Perform UAT and production validation testing.
- Support integration between Firco and third-party AI adjudication tools.
- Configure and manage Firco Prediction Integrator workflows.
- Support inbound and outbound Case Manager API integrations.
- Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML payload mappings.
Integration Troubleshooting
- Manage field-level mapping between PI and CM.
- Support real-time and batch integration models.
- Troubleshoot API throttling and timeout issues.
- Support system stability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Firco Continuity - v6 preferred
- Firco Trust
- FSK
- List Automation
- Firco Prediction Integrator
- Firco Case Manager
- SWIFT
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Postman and SoapUI.
- Solid SQL skills with Oracle and SQL Server.
- Experience with shell scripting / Windows batch scripting.
- Experience with Fortra Automate.
- Exposure to AI adjudication platforms, name screening vs. transaction screening, and Azure/AWS is advantageous.
- Strong incident management, attention to detail, process improvement, and mentoring capabilities.
