Position Summary

Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Vault CRM implementation and migration programs. Translate business objectives into a target architecture spanning Vault CRM, the broader Veeva suite (Network, Align, Events, MedComms), integrations, data, analytics, and security. Serve as the technical authority across the engagement and the primary architect-facing interface with US client architecture teams.

Job Responsibilities

. Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Salesforce platform for Life Sciences
. Design the LS Cloud / Health Cloud data model (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program, Patient), security model, and sharing strategy
. Define integration architecture using MuleSoft, platform events, and Salesforce connectors to Veeva Network, SAP, data warehouses, and MDM
. Architect Agentforce agent design for commercial and medical use cases (pre-call, next-best-action, MedComms triage)
. Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications

Guide Technical Leads and developers on Salesforce design patterns enforce governor-limit-aware design and resolve technical escalations
. Lead architecture review boards ensure adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected and LS Cloud best practices
. Drive reusability - build accelerators, reference architectures, and LS Cloud solution patterns for the practice
. Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations

Education

Bachelor of Engineering

Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer

Work Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience in a pharma analytics company or with a Pharma company in an analytics role
