Role Overview:

We are seeking for experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong backend engineering focus to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems.

The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, covering cloud-native platforms, scalable backend services, event-driven systems, platform reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Architect and lead the development of cloud-native backend platforms using:
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- Redis
- Kafka

- Own technical direction, solution architecture, engineering standards, and delivery planning for the squad.
- Design scalable, distributed, event-driven backend services and optimize distributed workloads.

Platform Engineering

- Drive platform reliability, security, and performance across production systems.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, engineering standards, and best practices.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide engineers across the squad.
- Foster technical growth and promote strong engineering practices.




- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience building and operating high-scale backend systems in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
- Solid experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
- Expertise in Kafka for event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and service integration.
- Strong MongoDB expertise covering data modeling, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Redis for caching, distributed locking, session management, and performance optimization.

Additional Technical Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms - Azure preferred, with AWS or GCP acceptable.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with API design, security, authentication, authorization, and observability.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
