About the Role

Baytech Recovery is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in full-stack software development. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable applications, working across frontend and backend technologies, and contributing to technical design, implementation, and deployment.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

- Programming: JavaScript, Python, C++, Java, SQL
- Frameworks: React.js, Angular.js, Node.js, Django, Flask, .NET
- Cloud & DevOps: Git, GitHub, Docker, AWS, Linux, CI/CD
- AI Tools: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot
- Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications, APIs, and database solutions.
- Build products from concept to deployment and independently manage projects end-to-end.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to system design, testing, code reviews, and optimization.
- Handle deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues using cloud and DevOps tools.
- Apply strong technical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use AI tools to improve development and productivity.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, SDLC, databases, APIs, and software architecture.
- Good knowledge of cloud development, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of software testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop products from scratch and independently manage projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of microservices, application security, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
