Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, increase brand awareness, engagement, and generate leads through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Create, manage, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.

• Manage social media pages and maintain a consistent brand presence.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Conduct hashtag, keyword, competitor, and audience research.

• Monitor social media trends and implement new content strategies.

• Handle social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

• Coordinate with the content and creative teams for graphics,



videos, reels, and other marketing materials.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance, reach, engagement, followers, and leads.

• Prepare regular social media reports and suggest improvements based on performance.

• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads.

• Track campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions.

• Support influencer marketing, collaborations, and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SMO and Social Media Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.

• Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.

• Positive content writing, communication, and creative skills.

• Ability to analyze trends, competitors, and social media performance.
