This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Support Specialist based in India.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will help keep order and operational processes accurate, organized, and running smoothly. You will manage essential order, shipment, customer, and operational information across spreadsheets and internal systems. Your attention to detail will help ensure records remain current and reliable for teams that depend on accurate data. You will also support SKU and item setup, maintain shared trackers, and assist with routine operational activities. The role requires someone who can quickly learn new systems, adapt to changing priorities, and identify discrepancies before they create downstream issues. You will work closely with your supervisor and other teams in a structured, detail-focused environment.

Accountabilities

- Enter and update order and shipment information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date order, customer, and operational records.
- Support item and SKU setup, along with other routine data-entry activities.
- Keep shared spreadsheets, trackers, project lists, and operational records current.
- Review information carefully for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues to your supervisor.
- Provide support on additional operational and sales-support tasks as priorities change from day to day.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working extensively with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
- Reliable and methodical approach to routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Strong accuracy and ability to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to escalate issues when needed.




- Previous experience with order processing, operations, sales support, inventory, or similar business processes is preferred.
