We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, React, AWS, AI/GenAI, and Distributed Systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to build scalable applications, implement AI-driven development practices, troubleshoot production issues, and automate support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring solutions and implement AI-driven development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed applications using Java, React, and related technologies.
- Design and implement distributed systems using AWS serverless technologies.
- Implement and maintain GenAI-based solutions within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with development teams on enterprise software projects.
- Automate support processes and maintain technical/system documentation.
- 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Java and React.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS and AI-driven development practices.
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems Architecture.
- Must have Designing experience HLD & LLD.
- Hands-on experience implementing or working with GenAI-based solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Good to Have
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and contemporary GenAI technologies.
