Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our HR recruitment team in Bangalore. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and develop your skills in all aspects of recruitment, from strategic sourcing to client management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
- Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in recruitment
- Passion for recruitment and a strong desire to build a career in the field
- Excellent communication skills in English and any regional languages (a plus)
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
- Proficiency in using computers and the internet for research and communication
- Knowledge of recruitment in Non-IT (Accounts / BFSI / BPO / Sales / bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technologies) (a plus).
Salary:
- For freshers: for first 3 months, salary will be 1.20 to 1.80 LPA + attractive incentives package. Salary will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance.
- For experienced (in recruitment) candidates: Salary commensurate with experience and skills
