Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of current hires.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data.




- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
