Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical HCM Consultant with 8+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft HCM / HR.

The candidate will be responsible for PeopleSoft HCM technical support, development, troubleshooting, configuration, integrations, SQL development, security administration, workflow and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for PeopleSoft HCM / HR applications.
- Support PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Payroll North America and Perks modules.
- Support Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) functionalities.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot PeopleSoft technical components.
- Develop and support PeopleSoft Workflow and approval processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application and production issues.
- Handle Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support and assist with complex Tier 2+ issues.
- Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries using MS SQL Server.
- Support inbound and outbound interfaces and integrations with third-party systems.




- Assist with PeopleSoft Security Administration, roles, permissions and security changes.
- Perform application configuration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Support SIT, UAT and production deployment activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data, interface and application-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and support documents.
- Coordinate with functional teams, HRIS analysts and business stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing production support and participate in release activities.
- Train team members on PeopleSoft processes, technical solutions and SQL usage.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT / PeopleSoft experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM / PeopleSoft HR.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Time & Labor.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Payroll – North America.
- Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS).
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Workflow.
- Strong experience in Native SQL / MS SQL Server / MSSQL.
- Experience in PeopleSoft technical support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PeopleSoft interfaces and third-party integrations.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Security Administration.
- Experience in testing, deployment and production support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
