• Service Now Sec Ops Expertise: 3+ years implementing and administering Service Now Security Operations modules, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.
• Custom Integrations: 2+ years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Crowd Strike, Splunk, Big Fix, or SCCM), using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes.
