We are looking for a Bidding Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in bidding and lead generation through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People PerHour, Guru, and similar platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience identifying relevant projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People PerHour, Guru, and other freelancing platforms
- Submit customized and client-focused proposals based on project requirements
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent project pipeline
- Communicate with clients through platform messages and handle initial discussions
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business development team when required
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication




- Manage and optimize freelancing platform profiles, proposals, and service listings
- Track bids, responses, follow-ups, and project status
- Research market trends, competitors, and new bidding opportunities

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Bidding Specialist / Bidder / Freelance Business Development Executive
- Practical experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Experience in bidding for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, Odoo, Software Development, or similar services
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand project requirements and create relevant proposals
- Strong follow-up and client communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bidding platforms
