Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Success Factors Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central. The role requires a good balance of technical and functional expertise, with approximately 60% focus on technical activities and 40% on functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, develop, and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- Work on Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF, and foundation objects.
- Develop and support integrations between Success Factors and SAP/third-party systems.
- Work with Integration Center, APIs, OData, and other Success Factors integration technologies.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Success Factors solutions.
- Collaborate with HR/business stakeholders,



technical teams, and other IT teams.
- Participate in implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation as required.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors.
- Robust hands-on experience in Employee Central.
- Good combination of technical and functional Success Factors experience.
- Experience with Integration Center / Success Factors Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and Foundation Objects.
- Good understanding of OData/API-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Employee Central functionality.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience integrating Success Factors with SAP and third-party applications.
- Experience in implementation/enhancement and production support projects.
