Business Unit: Retail Banking – Mortgages & Consumer Lending
Reporting To: Team Leader / Operations Manager
Work Location: Sholinganallur
Designati on: Associate/ Analyst
Proce ss: Inbound Call
Experien ce: 1-3 years in International Voice Proce ss

Education Eligibili ty: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate





Key Responsibilities: Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions

Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively

Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
