We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Success Factors Support Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess solid functional knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules, HR business processes, and SAP HCM integration.

This role involves providing application support, driving continuous improvements, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HCM Solution Design & Delivery

- Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Success Factors solutions aligned with business requirements and HR processes.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities across Success Factors modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and documentation to support solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

1. Functional Expertise & Advisory

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices, process standardization, and system capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable solutions to improve HR operations.
- Support stakeholders with functional consulting and solution advisory services.

1. System Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP Success Factors applications and integrated HR systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis,



and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Support quarterly Success Factors release management activities, including impact assessments and testing.

1. Business Process Optimization & Configuration

- Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and maintain Success Factors modules using SAP implementation best practices.
- Support data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

1. Global Collaboration & Governance

- Collaborate closely with external vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, change management, and security standards.
- Participate in global HR system initiatives and support alignment with technology strategies.
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures.

Qualification :

Education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in information technology ,Human Resource ,computer science ,Business Administration or related field

SAP Success Factors/or SAP HCM Certification .PHR (Qualified in Human Resources) Certification

Experience in working in multinational organisations and global support models

Experience in collaborating with global headquarters ,external vendors and offshore teams.

Certification, If any - Success Factor -EC (added Advantage)
