Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

? Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales.

Freshers are not required.

? Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their real estate requirements.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects, offers and payment plans.
- Generate, qualify and follow up with leads.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversions.

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Valuable understanding of real estate projects and customer requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and regular follow-ups.
