Sales & Marketing Representative

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Promote Mezora's talent roster and services to brands, production houses, advertising agencies, and creative teams.
- Coordinate with clients regarding talent requirements, campaigns, and bookings.
- Manage client inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support marketing initiatives, networking,



and business development activities to expand Mezora's presence in the industry.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
- Experience or interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in advertising, fashion, entertainment, or talent management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

- Base Salary for freshers : ₹15,000 per month.
- 3-4 years of experience : ₹30,000 per month.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives will be offered in addition to the base salary. Incentives are based on business generated, client acquisition, and overall sales performance, providing excellent earning potential beyond the fixed salary.
