About the job

Develop and execute sales strategies for salon equipment and related products.

Manage existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain equipment features, benefits, usage, and commercial value.

Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.

Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.

Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.

Coordinate with the installation/service team for smooth product delivery and installation.

Maintain sales reports, pipeline, customer data, and regular MIS.

Visit salons and clients regularly for business development and relationship management.

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

Required Product Knowledge

Candidate should have knowledge of professional salon equipment, such as:

Salon chairs and styling stations

Shampoo units and wash stations

Facial and beauty machines

Hair treatment equipment

Hair dryers and steamers

Manicure/pedicure equipment

Spa equipment





Beauty/aesthetic equipment

Salon furniture and accessories

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of salon equipment sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong B2B sales and business development skills

Good understanding of the salon/beauty market

Ability to handle sales targets and a sales team

Customer relationship management

Lead generation and conversion skills

Strong follow-up and closing ability

- Willingness to travel for client and market visits

Earn certifications in these skills
