Job Description:Cloud Raptor is seeking an IAM/AI Engineer with solid expertise in automation, AI/ML, and agentic workflows to deliver secure, intelligent identity and access management solutions.Responsibilities:- Build automation, workflows, and integrations (APIs, scripts, connectors).- Design AI-driven IAM workflows for access requests, JML exceptions, certifications, and policy enforcement.- Perform intelligent access and risk analysis using AI to detect anomalies and highlight high-risk patterns.- Integrate AI agents with IAM tools, PAM platforms, and ServiceNow.- Implement human-in-the-loop governance for sensitive IAM/PAM/NHI decisions.- Continuously optimize workflows based on audits, incidents, and feedback.- Ensure AI workflows meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.Requirements:- 5 - 7 years of experience in IAM/AI engineering.- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, copilots, or agentic systems.- Strong skills in automation, workflows, and integrations.- Experience with IAM, PAM and ITSM integration.- Knowledge of AI security, compliance, and data governance.- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree.
