The Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.Responsibilities:Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plansWork on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidanceDraft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)Prepare water, sewer, utility plans per U.S.
local agency requirementsResearch standards/codes and respond to agency review commentsCollaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Education in United States strongly preferred.1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experienceProficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenRoadsStrong English communication (verbal & written)Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skillsExperience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
