Role & Responsibilities

Ø Manage and strengthen relationships with BC partners, agents, and channel partners across assigned regions

Ø Oversee day-to-day operations of FI business including AEPS, DMT, Micro-ATM, and other banking services

Ø Ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and engagement of BC/CSP network

Ø Monitor transaction volumes, productivity, and performance of field teams and partners

Ø Drive business growth by increasing active outlets and expanding the network

Ø Resolve partner queries, operational issues, and escalations in a timely manner





Ø Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements

Ø Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Risk) for seamless operations

Ø Conduct regular field visits to maintain partner relationships and identify business opportunities

Ø Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review

Requirements

· Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)

· 7+ years of experience in FI / Banking / Fintech / BC model operations

· Strong understanding of AEPS, DMT, Micro-ATM, and financial inclusion ecosystem

· Good communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage teams and handle multiple stakeholders

· Willingness to travel extensively
