Key Responsibilities

- Float enquiries to vendors based on material requirements.
- Source and identify new vendors for procurement activities.
- Handle vendor registration, evaluation, and audit activities.
- Prepare quotation comparison statements.
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate procurement activities.
- Follow up with suppliers for material delivery and payment status.
- Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and clearances.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Prepare daily procurement reports and documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering materials and concepts.
- Understanding of procurement and purchase processes.




- Knowledge of vendor registration and evaluation procedures.
- Familiarity with quotation comparison and PO processing.
- Supplier follow-up and coordination skills.
- Awareness of vendor audit requirements.

Software Skills

- MS Office (Mandatory)
- Tally (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

- Strong vendor communication skills.
- Team handling capability.
- Willingness to travel and visit sites when required.

Selection Process

- Face-to-Face Interview only.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
