Video Editor & Videographer
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer who can shoot high-quality video content and turn it into engaging, professional videos for Instagram, social media, advertisements, student portfolios, and academy content.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for cinematic shooting, colour grading, storytelling, transitions, music selection, and engaging social-media editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos of makeup looks, models, students, classes, events, portfolio shoots and academy activities.
- Shoot creative Reels, short-form videos, BTS clips and promotional content.
- Operate a gimbal confidently and capture smooth cinematic shots.
- Understand camera angles, framing, lighting and composition.
- Plan and capture sufficient clips/B-roll required to create engaging videos.
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels and other social-media videos.
- Create professional edits using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading is preferred.
- Work with music, beat cuts, speed ramps, transitions, effects, text and other editing techniques to make videos engaging.
- Maintain natural and attractive skin tones, especially for makeup and beauty videos.
- Edit portfolio videos showcasing makeup artists' work professionally.




- Convert raw footage into polished content suitable for Instagram and advertisements.
- Organise and manage video footage and project files properly.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Positive understanding of colour correction and colour grading.
- Ability to use DaVinci Resolve is highly preferred.
- Experience shooting using a mirrorless/DSLR camera.
- Good experience operating a gimbal.
- Ability to shoot creative and cinematic video clips.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reel-style editing.
- Knowledge of speed ramping, transitions, beat synchronisation and engaging editing techniques.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition and camera movement.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new video styles.
