WIKPOLT SOFTWARES PVT LTD is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Business Development Executive – Education with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate, qualify, and manage student leads through multiple channels.

· Build and maintain a strong prospective-student pipeline.

· Handle student/parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

· Understand student needs and provide relevant course/program information.

· Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development/admission targets.

· Identify new business opportunities and support institutional growth.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

· Build professional relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.

· Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.

· Participate in seminars, education fairs, promotional, and outreach activities.

· Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Requirements





· Minimum 2 years of relevant education-sector experience is mandatory.

· Experience in business development, education sales, student admissions, or admission counselling.

· Strong lead generation, lead management, follow-up, and pipeline-building skills.

· Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

· Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.

· Qualified and confident when dealing with students and parents.

· Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and target-oriented.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

· Candidates with a proven track record in the education industry will be preferred.
