The Organic World is a leading retail chain focused on providing healthy, organic, and natural products to customers. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product movement.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products, especially perishable and FMCG items.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Track inward and outward shipments and ensure documentation is maintained accurately.
- Reduce inventory discrepancies, damages, and wastage through effective controls.
- Generate and maintain warehouse reports, stock reports, and operational MIS.
- Ensure optimal space utilization and efficient warehouse layout management.

Qualification

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain.
- Experience handling inventory, dispatch, and warehouse staff.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
