Patient Care Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support doctors during patient consultations across selected partner clinics in Gurugram, Haryana. The role involves patient assessment, documentation, doctor assistance, patient counselling and clinical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Record patient vitals – BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, blood sugar, height & weight/BMI.

- Take and document patient medical history, medications, allergies, previous records and surgeries.

- Capture gynaecological/reproductive history where applicable, including cycle, LMP, obstetric and fertility history.

- Assist doctors during live consultations and clinical examinations.

- Handle and organise medical reports, prescriptions and patient records.

- Provide patient counselling on prescriptions, diet, lifestyle and follow-ups as directed by the doctor.

- Track pending tests, follow-ups and due reviews.

- Maintain accurate patient records on the Joyzen portal/EMR on the same day.

- Maintain strict patient confidentiality, consent and dignity.

Eligibility

Medical/Allied Healthcare qualification:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc. Nursing, GNM or ANM.

- ANM candidates will be given priority.

- 1–3 years of relevant clinical/patient-facing experience.

- Positive knowledge of pharmacology, prescriptions and patient counselling.

- Experience handling medical/clinical equipment is preferred.





- Comfortable using a smartphone, laptop and digital/EMR systems.

- Fluent in Hindi & English.

- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Prior experience in Gynaecology, Fertility or IVF clinics, especially for the Reproductive Health track.

- Experience taking structured patient history independently.

- Certification in Fitness, Wellness, Nutrition or Mental Health is a plus point.

- Experience with medical/clinical equipment.

- Experience in patient follow-up calls and counselling.

- Own two-wheeler and comfortable travelling between clinics.

Two Hiring Tracks

1. General Clinics: General physicians, family medicine & multi-specialty OPDs.

2. Reproductive Health Clinics: Gynaecology, Fertility & IVF — prior OBG/IVF experience preferred.

Eligibility Note: The qualifications listed above are mandatory. Only candidates holding one of the specified qualifications will be considered for this position. Candidates with any other degree or qualification will not be eligible.

Medicine & Prescription Knowledge: Candidates must have a good understanding of medicines and prescriptions and should be professionally capable of reading and understanding a doctor's prescription accurately. This requirement is subject to the candidate's scope of practice; diagnosis and prescribing remain the responsibility of the treating doctor.
