# Sales & Guest Handling Executive – Airbnb

### Job Responsibilities:

* Handle **Airbnb guest calls, WhatsApp messages and inquiries**.

* Communicate with guests professionally and assist them with their queries.

* Handle booking-related inquiries and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with guests regarding **check-in, check-out and stay-related requirements**.

* Promote available properties and generate bookings.

* Follow up with potential guests and convert inquiries into bookings.

* Coordinate with housekeeping and property staff for guest requirements.

* Resolve basic guest complaints and ensure a smooth stay experience.

* Maintain records of bookings, inquiries and guest communication.

* Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to properties and bookings.

### Requirements:





* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Good **Hindi and English communication skills**.

* Confident in handling phone calls and talking to guests.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good customer-handling and convincing skills.

* Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.

* Willingness to learn and work in the hospitality/short-stay industry.

### Training & Salary:

* **1 week training will be provided.**

* **Training period will be unpaid.**

* After successful completion of training, salary will be **₹10,000–₹12,000 per month**, based on skills and interview performance.
