Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Boys / Drivers to join our team at Relief Medicals. The role involves delivering medicines and healthcare products safely and on time to customers, branches, and other designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver medicines, healthcare products, and pharmacy orders to customers safely and on time.
- Collect orders from the pharmacy and verify items before delivery.
- Ensure products are handled carefully during transportation.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and schedule.
- Collect cash or confirm digital payments when required.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain customer confirmation/signature where applicable.
- Communicate professionally with customers during delivery.
- Report delivery issues, delays, incorrect addresses, or damaged packages to the concerned team.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures.
- Support branch-to-branch movement of medicines and other products when required.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and prescription-related information.

Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler / four-wheeler driving licence, depending on the position.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for maps and delivery applications.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
- Freshers may also apply for suitable positions.

Preferred Experience
