Senior Cloud Software Engineer – Front-End & API Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cloud Software Engineer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, REST APIs, Azure Cloud, and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working across both front-end development and backend/API development, with strong experience in enterprise application integrations, authentication, production support, and cloud-based application delivery.

Candidates should have hands-on experience owning and supporting production-grade applications and should be comfortable working in a modern cloud engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python, preferably FastAPI.
- Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OIDC and SSO.
- Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing and deployment.
- Integrate applications with internal and external enterprise platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for front-end applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Take ownership of production applications, including performance, reliability and support.
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, backend, security and product teams.
- Contribute to the integration of AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with React
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Strong experience in Python backend development




- Hands-on experience with FastAPI preferred
- Strong understanding of REST API design and development
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience implementing OAuth2 / OIDC / SSO
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with enterprise system integrations
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks
- Experience supporting and owning production applications

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to AI / Generative AI / LLM integrations
- Experience integrating applications with LLM APIs or AI-based services
- Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture
- Experience with microservices
- Understanding of application security and API security
- Experience with monitoring, logging and production troubleshooting
- Experience working in distributed or remote engineering teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong React + TypeScript developer who also has solid backend experience with Python/FastAPI.

The candidate should be comfortable working across:

React + TypeScript + Python/FastAPI + REST APIs + Azure + OAuth2/OIDC + CI/CD + Enterprise Integrations

Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

10–15 years of overall software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in contemporary front-end, backend/API and cloud technologies.
