Job Summary

Velantrio Ventures is looking for a motivated and creative Lead Generation & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and generate qualified business leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, B2B lead generation, content creation, and online prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and publish engaging content, including posts, creatives, captions, and business updates.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, social media, email outreach, online research, and other platforms.
- Identify and research potential clients, companies, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate contact and company information.
- Execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up with potential prospects.
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and target markets.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and lead-generation results.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Stay updated with social media trends, lead-generation strategies,



and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Lead Generation and Social Media Management.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and social media marketing.
- Ability to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, CRM, etc. will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead-generation targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in BPO, IT, outsourcing, digital marketing, recruitment, or B2B lead generation will be preferred.
