- Identify and track government and private tenders.
- Study tender documents, NIT, BOQ, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.
- Submit tenders through various e-tendering portals.
- Coordinate for required documents, certificates, EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, etc.
- Collect necessary information and documents from internal departments.
- Prepare and verify quotations, BOQs, and commercial calculations.
- Coordinate for pre-bid meetings and clarification of tender queries.
- Monitor tender submission deadlines and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their status.
- Prepare regular tender status reports for management.
- Support documentation and coordination after receiving LOI/PO/work orders.
Pay: ₹10,013.51 - ₹35,000.00 per month
