Job Responsibilities:
- Process banking transactions and operational activities accurately.
- Verify customer documents and data as per bank guidelines.
- Maintain records and update banking systems.
- Handle backend banking operations and data entry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of transactions.
- Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports.
- Support account maintenance, KYC verification, and documentation activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
