The Service Coordinator is responsible for receiving, recording, assigning, monitoring and closing customer service calls and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, service engineers, stores, accounts and management.
The coordinator must ensure that no service call is left unattended and every pending call has a clear next action and follow-up time
