· Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
· Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
· Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
· Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
· Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
· Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
· Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
· Installation: Installation and commissioning of roll forming machines at customer locations
· Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance on roll forming machinery and auxiliary equipment. Provide in office and remote technical support to customers
· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical components,
hydraulic systems, and electrical/PLC controls.
· Trails: Machine trials and achieving final product within specified tolerances
· Installation & Commissioning: Install new roll forming machines at client sites, including calibration of roller stations. Training operators at client site for machine handling
· Customer Support: Train operator technicians, resolve customer queries, and provide technical support. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
· Documentation: Maintain service logs, prepare daily reports, and update maintenance checklists. Preparing service reports and documentation after each visit
Travel Requirement:
- Ready to travel extensively (PAN India / International if required)
