Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

- Shah Teelani & Dhru LLP is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the firm's digital presence and qualified brand identity across social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content, managing social media channels, monitoring digital engagement, and supporting the firm's overall marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the firm's social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop and execute a structured social media content strategy and content calendar.
- Create professional content related to Audit, Taxation, GST, Accounting, Finance, Business Advisory, and industry updates.
- Develop and coordinate posts, carousels, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.
- Write professional captions, creative copy, and content for social media campaigns.
- Monitor current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Coordinate with the firm's internal teams to gather information and develop accurate, engaging content.
- Maintain consistency in the firm's branding, tone, and visual communication.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Prepare periodic social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors,



and external agencies whenever required.
- Support the firm's digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, announcements, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand professional/technical content and communicate it effectively.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with CA firms, accounting firms, financial services, consulting firms, or other professional services will be an advantage.
