Job Position: Junior Process Associate/ International Voice Process

Location: KGISL Campus, Saravanamapatti, Coimbatore

Shift: US Shift with rotational week off

Working days: 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off

Mode: Onsite

Eligibility: Any degree can apply

Pay: 2LPA - 4LPA

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

Promote company products and services by identifying suitable opportunities for cross selling or upselling whenever applicable.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM applications and internal systems.

Learn and effectively use company tools, applications, and process guidelines.





Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process requirements.

Collaborate with team members and support business objectives to achieve process goals.
