Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions and help students improve their communication, confidence, interpersonal skills, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills and communication training sessions for students.
- Train students in communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct interactive activities to improve confidence and professional behaviour.
- Support students with interview preparation and workplace readiness.
- Monitor student participation and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials and activities based on student requirements.
- Coordinate with the academic team for effective training delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Kollam & Trivandrum
Work Mode: On-site

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
