Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Build and configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflows.
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.




- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and support platform upgrades.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Flow Designer
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and ServiceNow data model
- Valuable understanding of CMDB/CSDM is preferred
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is an added advantage
