Patient Relations Executive – Key Responsibilities

- Welcome Patients & Attendants

Greet patients and attendants politely and provide a comfortable, professional experience.

- Understand Patient Needs

Listen to patient requirements and guide them regarding hospital services and procedures.

- Provide Hospital Information

Explain information related to consultations, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, admission, discharge, and other services.

- Handle Patient Queries

Respond promptly to patient and attendant queries and provide accurate information.

- Manage Patient Complaints

Receive and record complaints, coordinate with the concerned department, and ensure timely resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
