Job Description:

- Lead and manage the software development team and oversee project execution.
- Actively contribute to the development process and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure timely project completion by monitoring team performance and addressing potential bottlenecks.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and allocate projects effectively.
- Manage and maintain databases related to job processes, HR activities, and other business operations.
- Experience in typesetting workflows is a plus.
- Oversee and automate third-party plugin integrations, including PDF, Word, and online editing tools.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, MVC, and ASP.NET.
- Robust knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and XML.
- Experience with MS SQL Server administration.
- Expertise in developing Office-based solutions, including VBA macros and VSTO add-ins.
- Familiarity with web hosting services.
