We are looking for an experienced US Accounts Manager to lead US accounting operations, manage client accounts, support the accounting team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you’ll do

- Lead and manage day-to-day US Accounting operations
- Manage and review AP, AR, bank reconciliations and month-end close
- Handle US GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting
- Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness and deadlines
- Manage accounting processes for multiple US clients
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Handle client communication and resolve accounting-related queries
- Monitor team performance, work allocation and delivery
- Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Train and support team members whenever required
- Ensure timely completion of client deliverables and month-end activities

What we’re looking for

- Mandatory: Hands-on US Accounting experience
- Experience managing or mentoring an accounting team
- Robust understanding of US GAAP
- Good knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations and month-end closing




- Experience with QuickBooks and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Work From Office in Ahmedabad is mandatory

Shift

6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST | Monday to Friday
