We are seeking a motivated Optometrist Store Manager to lead our optical retail operations. This role combines clinical expertise with retail management, ensuring patients receive excellent eye care while the store achieves business goals. Key Responsibilities • Store Operations: Oversee daily workflow, customer intake, and eyewear delivery. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff including opticians and sales associates. • Customer Care: Guide patients in frame selection, lens options, fittings, and adjustments. • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and conduct audits. • Sales Growth: Drive revenue through KPIs, promotions, and merchandising strategies. • Vendor Coordination:



Manage supplier relationships and lab workflows. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare and safety regulations. • Marketing: Implement promotional campaigns and stay updated on eyewear trends. Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Optometry or related field (preferred). • Prior experience in optical retail or healthcare management. • Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to balance patient care with business objectives.

Pay: ₹12,123.98 - ₹30,000.04 per month
