- Coordinate and manage home nursing services for patients.
- Assess patient care requirements and arrange suitable nursing staff.
- Communicate with patients, family members, nurses, and doctors.
- Schedule nurse visits and ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor the quality of nursing care provided at home.
- Maintain patient records, care plans, and service reports.
- Follow up with patients and families regarding their care and satisfaction.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure nurses follow proper medical, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with management for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹25,600.00 - ₹56,500.00 per month
