Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Strategist who can develop engaging content strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and support digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Write creative content, captions, blogs, marketing proposals, and brand communication.
- Understand social media algorithms, trends, engagement strategies, and audience behavior.
- Support and monitor paid social media campaigns.
- Apply basic SEO knowledge to improve content visibility and reach.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify content and branding opportunities.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.




- Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Branding, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong content and proposal writing skills.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid campaigns.
- Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Ability to research trends and create engaging content.

Preferred

- Experience managing social media for a company, brand, SaaS, or IT business.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads and social media analytics.
- Ability to independently plan and execute a content calendar.
