Job Summary:
We are hiring friendly Barista to join our team! 1+ year of coffee experience and knowledge of espresso machines. A welcoming attitude, and the ability to work in fast-paced shifts. Flexible working hours and good salary package plus get a chance to learn new skills.

Required Skills:

- Coffee Knowledge: Ability to make espresso, lattes, and cold brews.
- Machine Operation: Skill in using and cleaning grinders and milk frothers.
- Math Skills: Ability to count change and measure ingredients accurately.

Soft Skills:

- Customer Service: Friendly personality to greet guests warmly.
- Team Player: Ability to help with inventory and keep the area clean.
- Stress Management: Calm attitude during busy morning rushes.

Qualifications & Education:

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of prior café experience (freshers can also apply).
- Certifications: Food handler's permit or a local barista certification is a great bonus.
