1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to support real estate sales operations in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for identifying properties, visiting sites, coordinating with customers and brokers, managing leads, and assisting in closing deals.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with a strong interest in field sales, customer interaction, and business development.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct daily property site visits and identify suitable properties based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with provided leads and qualify prospective customers.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and clients.
- Arrange and conduct property visits for interested customers.
- Assist in negotiations, bookings, and advance payment collection.
- Support documentation and maintain accurate property and customer records.
- Identify new property listings and explore potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily activity reports covering visits, leads, and sales progress.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Salary & Incentives

Monthly Compensation

₹12000 - ₹15,000/month

Includes ₹3,000 fuel allowance.

Performance-Based Incentives

Monthly sales of 7–10 ₹1,000 per sale

Monthly sales above 10 - ₹2,000 per sale

Incentive eligibility and calculation are subject to the company's approved incentive policy.

5. Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork, property visits, and sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and willing to travel within Jaipur.

6. Employment Terms

- Full-time position based in Jaipur.
- One-year agreement, as discussed in the earlier hiring terms.
- One paid leave per month, as per the shared employment terms.
- 15 days' written notice for termination, subject to the employment agreement.
- Confidentiality and proper handling of company data and property are mandatory.
